Establish and ensure media freedom and freedom of information ($4,030,000 FSA, $100,000 FSA carryover). Вполне вероятно, что это подделка — сайт уж больно стремный, и подделки более очевидного свойства там есть.

А может и нет. Все же везла ведь она откуда-то 10 тысяч евро.

UPDATE: Судя по дополнительной информации (официальный американский отчет о выделенных грантах) документ все таки подлинный.
